Everything tightly confined with isles cluttered and no one around to help or they walk away as they are telling you directions to a wrong isle for your product. You cant stay familiar with the store to ease up the congestion, becausd they even drastically are constantly changing things around. 3 stars for easy parking, 60% of the time having what I went for, and 75% of the time good prices!

Had the bill, requested photo ID and was told the entire refund had to be a gift card!!! They already had $$$ from purchase of the GC. Why the entire refund on a GC. I left the item and the store.
C	Colleen Comet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small town style, it's cramped and somewhat haphazard to walk around. Go in, get what you need and do the loitering elsewhere. The workers are nice as most everyone in Oliver is. The stars go to them but I'd go to a bigger store for better selection

Was so friendly, kind and helpful that we will now always come to see him first for anything with both our cars and have told others about what a positive experience we had. Thank you again so much and keep up the amazing service!

The prices are competitive and when they have an item on sale it's usually a really good price, and they have a ton of things for the home and garden. Love it.

Store called me to say they only had 1 in stock and it was the display model and if I wanted it I would have to pay 80. Extra for the assembly. But the manager said they would only charge me 40. So I asked when they were getting more chairs and the answer was July 4 plus months away bit if I didn't want to wait for it I could drive to Kelowna that has 14 chairs. What kind of service is that? Shocking...so by the time they get the chairs in stock the summer is almost over at which time they will be dropping the price.

Was made very easy by the staff in the BBQ area and was able to answer all my concerns about it not working with my BBQ. Friendly staff and a great selection of product, good job penticton Canadian Tire! The hose was 30 bucks off too if ya need a new one!
