R	RICK WOJEWODA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed some replacement bolts for our new kitchen wall cabinets, as the ones in the handle hardware packages were short in length. I was very pleased with the stock on hand in this particular CTC store. Thanks CTC Forest, Ont location. My wife was also pleased, as we can open the kitchen door cabinets properly and not struggle in doing so.

Some Noma Christmas lights I bought last year stopped working and I was told to make sure to bring in a credit card statement when I bring them in. I show up with it and the nice girl at the cash register is all set to process a refund when the new manager Jason comes in and tells me he won't do it, then wants me to exchange the lights for ones half as long, mentions that people are going through Canadian Tire's trash for these lights to return them because 1/2 the noma lights are being returned this year (are you saying I did that?), finally decides to give me two boxes of lights ( to total the same number of bulbs I was returning), because "he doesn't have time to deal with this right now" and tells me that its final sale and I cant bring these back for any reason...I ask to plug them in first and he tells me to forget the whole thing and that he's not going to do it, and that I should go to another store 40 mins away, or come back on the weekend...never had such a poor experience.
A	Ashley Strnad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff in the auto department but never will i bring in my car for any type of repair again. Had them replace my head lights. After a few weeks, i notice the passanger light just stopped working...??? Took my car to a real mechanic and he had to fix the wiring the right way. Oil change once... Done by a child and i ended up in a few days....No oil. Wow that was scary! Once again had to take my car to a real mechinic. Store service isnt the kindest neither. I prefer to drive to sarnia

Mike in automotive provided a lot of advice and guidance over the phone, so we elected to have CTC install our tires. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain and show us why we needed an alignment. I am not typically a CTC customer, but I am now, as long as I am near the Forest location.
S	Sabrina B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to order mulch for delivering. No one knew delivery costs. Went into store staff didn’t know answer. Bought ten bags came back to get more. Asked if I could pay over the phone with credit card and she wouldn’t let me when In years past they did. Had to wake up my sleeping baby to come into the store to pay and explained that to the women. She didn’t seem to care and when I asked to speak to a manager she said they were busy. But her solution was I give my credit card and password to a person in garden Center. What’s the difference. Very disgusted with the lack of customer service and professionalism not to mention small town vibe. Then waited outside for them to load and had to call back the store for someone to come out.
