The owners are extremely helpful, polite,actually interested in what you have to say and will look up anything you ask for and bring it in if ot is at all possible. I really recommend this place. Also lots of products on special every week. I enjoyed shopping there because it's a different atmosphere than another big chain grocery store. locally retro and friendly definitely different experience.

It is cheaper to purchase produce here compared to somewhere like Sobeys though, but then you are substituting that for the condition it is in. So, not really worth buying here in my opinion. The meat is also more expensive here than anywhere else it seems. Frozen foods, and pantry goods seem to be the best to purchase here when it comes to quality and price.
