J	Jd Deefo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently shopped for tires at Canadian Tire in Sarnia. I was told the tires I wanted were unavailable, discontinued, and could not be ordered. The tires were available in Strathroy who told me they were still available with 350 tires available in the Canadian Tire warehouse. After calling Sarnia back and again I was told the tires are not available and Strathroy cannot supply the tires. I did end up traveling to Strathroy, they installed my tires and there service was excellent. The people in the store were excellent, everyone I talked to in the store was excellent.

By the time people get off work they have two hours to get there and get what they need to be done, maybe staying open tell at least 9:30 Wednesday-Saturday would be nice.
D	David Dennison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest you think twice about ordering delivery. About half of my items were damaged upon arrival to various degrees. My large order arrived in one very heavy very damaged box that seemed haphazardly packed with craft paper thrown on top as if it was an after thought. Have video of the Purolator delivery guy clearly holding the box oriented in a way different then the this way up suggests it should be held. Customer service has been abysmal, idiotic and obstructive. This still isn't rectified, it's been a full day since they said they would send me the shipping label and when I called they said it would still be a few days and this is with it being escalated. So they clearly care more about getting the order out and your card charged then providing the basic operations of a functional company. For some reason, despite that it's clearly not my fault, they refused to refund me the shipping costs (well I haven't been refunded at all they just have told me they eventually will aside from the shipping costs once they've received the items). For the shipping cost I've been told they will be putting it on a giftcard. So at least I'll have a bookmark souvenir that'll remind me never to shop at Canadian Tire again.

I just spent some time working with Angela in the Party City department arranging a special balloon bouquet for my sons birthday. I won’t be able to spend it with him and want him to know I am thinking of him on that day. I called the first time and Angela helpfully gave me some online delivery services that could have possibly worked (they didn’t). When I called back, she remembered me and graciously spent a significant amount of time trying to come up with a solution. We both had some difficulty with ordering online but she patiently walked me through the in-store options, gave me the product numbers to enter into the website to order, walked me through the ordering process and then took all my info again to ensure it gets to my son. Amazing customer service, kudos to Angela. She should be recognized for being so great! Thanks for making this process work!

They didn’t care about no medical exemption or any medical reasons. absolutely uncalled for she claimed it was store policy , when the mandates are lifted March 1st you’ll of lost a long time customer thanks to your so called store policy.

I had a scrape on my car I decided to patch up with a clear coat after sanding it down and applying a anti rust coating. I was greeted by a very kind gentleman working for automotive and he was quick to find me everything I was looking for. very much appreciated & recommend anyone needing to fix things themselves to check here before anywhere else.

I went to check out a tote and they were on sale!! Lots of them in stock, right by the front door. I was very happy. Checkout was quick & the cashier was very pleasant.

Friendly and helpful staff that were welcoming and offered a hand when I could not find what I was looking for. #localguides
