3 went back again
When I left engine light on so much unprofessionall bunch of young guys seem no interest and focus on work I found other costmars waiting 2 hours for a small job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had a terrible experience at this store today: they refused to accept a return for a very poor quality product, against their own return policy. On top of that, the employee at the returns desk categorically refused to serve her in English (how dare they call themselves “Canadian”?).
She requested to speak with the store manager who was just as unhelpful. They both refused to disclose their names! When my wife said she would file a complaint with their headquarters, the manager said, “let’s see what you get out of that”.
This level of unprofessionalism, poor customer service and plain rudeness is just unbelievable. They will most likely continue to lose to the likes of Amazon, and with this kind of service, I certainly hope they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went without appointment with a flat tire, got serviced right away. Amazingly fast, not even 45 min, and efficient, they saved the tire! The front desk guy was honest and really nice. In all, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great products at good prices. Absolutely hate the exit maze though. They're blatantly using the pandemic to force you down this maze of products that they want to offload before you get to the registers. I'll do my shopping online from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their "In Stock" inventory is not right...many time even if their is 4 or 5 in stock items on their website, no items is available. For one or two items I can understand (mistake, lost ect)...
The employees that are doing the count are not reliable at all.
Doesn't make any sens to make an inventory if the number is not representative of the reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a tire change with an appointment and they still tell me it's an hour wait. I went for a walk around the stores in the area until they called me and told me I needed to change my front calipers. After asking how much and how long, the guy tells me ten minutes. I'm like ok fine do it and I walk back. I waited 30min (plus the 10min it took to walk back) before going to the counter and asking how much longer. He tells me an hour, I told them forget it and took my car with just the tire change. After droppiymy tires off at home and going to pick up my son, I noticed some oily fingerprint on the interior of my car that I now have to figure out how to get rid off. They have zero respect for their customers, never going there again ?

Additional note: disappointment when you have a celebration and the tanks don't work especially when it is for a child!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a balcony table with two seats (cost 169$ before tax) i checked them before heading to the caisse (except the parts wrapped with plastic like the metal parts) and asked to replace a seat for me cause it had a lot of scratches, which they did, however i paid and went back home, uncovered the plastic to see all these scratches shown in the photos. Also the table is unbalanced after assembly. I mean its for 169 $ come on!!
Please Don’t reply back with ‘sorry to hear about your bad experience bla bla bla…’
Wanna do something? Send me a brand new table and seats free of scratches and defaults to my adresse so you don’t waste my time calling you or going to your store again cause its your fault. Thanks.
