M	Mr Joatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went looking for a wooden bar stool and was pleasantly assisted by a young woman at the customer service desk. I was also helped by Nate, who was extremely friendly.

Too many times I have gone there because their app shows they have stock on hand and the shelf is empty. Very frustrating, especially when other stores sre more accurate in regards to their inventory.

Had some bolts come loose under my vehicle while driving down the QEW and rattling under my car, we didnt have any of our tools to fix the issue. Carl & Jacob from automotive took a look and refastened the loose bolts without charge or any hassle! We were very appreciative to be treated with such excellent customer service to an already stressful situation. Highly recommend!!
J	John Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As expected, very large variety of items at not-so-appealing prices. One can definitely find reasonable prices for items but look out for discounts that start every Thursday. Some go up to 70%+ and that can be a huge moneysaver.
S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have been supporting this location for over 10 years have been proud to support a local community establishment but have noticed a steady decline in the last couple of years specifically in the automotive counterinsurgency services I have one particular individual I believe his name is Dylan every time I'm in there it is a challenge and a struggle to get what I'm looking for I feel as though I am an inconvenience to provide my business and today was the final straw when I was given attitude when i asked a question. I simply sent thanked him for his time and departed. He is someone who claarly is unhappy with his own life and no longer should be handling the counter. As a business you should really take a look at how you handle your customers if you want to survive in an industry and an environment where competition is right around every corner. I will not be back
Y	Yinze X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review specifically pertains to the auto department. We showed up and asked if they had any availability to replace our flat tire. Were told that the soonest they could see us was in 10 days time. It seems they do not take any emergency walk-ins. Furthermore, we were advised incorrectly twice on parts to buy to fix/replace ourselves. We ended up calling CAA, who switched it out for us on the spot in about 10 minutes, right in front of the Canadian Tire auto bays. I’ve never been to an auto shop that doesn’t do emergency repairs on the spot. I find this quite embarrassing on Canadian Tire’s behalf.
c	carter setterlund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The automotive shop is THE WORST. I’ve been bringing my cars to this location for over 10 years. I was driving one day & the heat shield from my muffler came loose & was dragging. I was near CT so I popped in only to be told that I couldn’t have my car looked at for almost 2 weeks (the guy offered me an appointment) I told the guy at the service desk that you could see the heat shield & that it would probably only be a 5 minute job & that I’d pay the labour charge. He refused to have anyone even come out to look at my car. There were empty service bays at this time BTW. So I drove to Economy Lube & Oil on Fennel & Upoer Gage and they took the 5 minutes to remove the heat shield and didn’t even charge me. I’m thinking of canceling my CT Roadside assistance membership- I want NOTHING to do with this automotive service as it’s not the first time I’ve received very poor service from them. The department store of CT is pretty good! I recommend that you avoid the CT Auto service shop though.

So I went and stood at the auto desk for 15 mins, no employees in sight and no bell/buzzer to get someones attention. I took another look for this part and then went to power tools and the selection was poor and over priced for what they did have. I’m very disappointed, Canadian Tire used to be a well stocked, very dependable and friendly store. Now… sad
