L	Lawrence Luke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought summer tires online. I brought my car in to swap my winters for my summers. That's it. I go to pick up my vehicle and when I get in my car, every light is on in my dash. Vehicle sounded like it was going to explode when I started it. Every sensor won't work. Cruise control won't turn on. Emergency break won't work, power steering won't work and vehicle has issues turning off. I went into complain and they said they can't do anything about it and they talked to the mechanic and all he did was shrug. All they said was I can bring it in the next day and pay for it to get looked at. No thanks. So glad I had the opportunity to pay $200 for someone to break my vehicle and do nothing about it. Now I have to take it to the dealership to get fixed. Will never go to a Canadian Tire again.
P	ProBASE Jump on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment for 8am (first appointment) they didn’t bring the car in until 8:45am then they were supposed to balance my tires, empty them and fill them with nitrogen. All they did was swap the tires. They are the worst. Terrible customer service I will not come back to this location. I do not recommend getting anything done here. They cannot be trusted and are super shady.
D	Diane Townsend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brakes were worn down to metal on metal. The service dept got me in that day and had the part in by the next afternoon and were able to work the job in that afternoon. Thanks guys...rely on my wheels....walking gave me blisters!

No surprise to break down in the mountains on the weekend except last nightwas not the night to breadown ?. The auto shop guys told me they were fully booked, that day but could put me on a cancel waitlist, good but not ideal as I explained to them. The shop called customers who didn't confirm their appointment and were due there that morning. Just my luck someone asked to sleep in! ? this location has seen some urgent trips to the store to life and has not let me down. This shop has helped thr jeep before years ago, still the same mechanic there. Good things, good people ?

Employees have no idea what they are doing. James the general manager should not be employed there. Corporate needs to fix this store. Absolute joke.

They were able to get us into the service area (even at 3:40 on a Friday!) and get the issue not only diagnosed, but FIXED, with brand new spark plugs. The technician even stayed an extra 15 minutes, just to make sure we got the car back that night. Very kind, and I am super thankful that they were willing to go the extra mile to help us out at this store. A+!
P	Paula Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a road trip between Radium and cochrane when I got a flat. Dogs in the back, I pulled into Canadian Tire. The tire couldn’t be fixed and by the time my son could bring me my summer tires, the technician had gone home for the day. The very helpful Service Advisor Mark and the Service Manager went above and beyond and put the tires on for me themselves so that I wasn’t stranded over night. Thank you so much!!

The girl who helped me was nice and heard me out, but the elder guy who seemed to be her boss cared for absolutely nothing. My car had an engine light turn on and I was visiting from Vancouver on a weekend with nothing else open that day. All I asked was for them to consider running a diagnostic on my vehicle which would’ve taken 10min because I was stranded and had no other options over 1000km from home. I was ready to wait too. They just outright denied.
