Best Department store in Canada

On my travel through the provincial park, my car hit some nasty potholes that damaged my rims. They fitted my little Sentra with a couple of tires and new rims.

Responses have ranged from slightly impolite to outright hostile so avoid speaking English if you can. Now it is a Canadian Tire store with a reasonable inventory and you often have no choice when up there.

Employee's are rude, they tried to sell me a brand new damaged ladder with a rip in the aluminum, employee said it shouldn't be a problem ? then tried to sell me a ladder that wasn't rated for my weight and informed me that weight restrictions aren't that important. They finally agreed to have the proper ladder sent from another store. I've had numerous bad experiences with this store, I do not recommend this store to no one. The cashiers are unorganized and incompetent, it's obvious that they hate their job but not as much that they hate English people as they make no effort in understanding what you're trying to say, check out is slow...very slow and if you have to do an exchange or a reimbursement bring a lunch because you'll be there for a long time. They never have the items advertised in their flyer. Head office should really take the time to better this establishment as I've been to other Canadian Tire stores. This store has a big staffing issue.
L	Lynne Duquette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of cashiers, no prices on items in garden centre and not very accurate in other departments. Shelves need restocking and it feels dirty. Will only go if desperate. Not like most Canadian Tires i have been in.
A	Andréa Blais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service at all, like the staff is running from you, and then when you get one they can't even find the item you're asking and makes you wait while serving other waiting clients to the point where they don't know anymore witch foot to dance on and totally forget that your there. The shop is a headache giving maze that I try to avoid to shop there.
