Canadian Tire may audit Supplier facilities, test and inspect Supplier merchandise, among other things, to ensure it meets both Canadian Tire and Canadian regulatory requirements for performance, safety, structural packaging, and reliability.
Canadian Tire requires the cooperation of Suppliers in the implementation of product and packaging stewardship programs, which may include funding and cost recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Canadian Tire and this location is as good as any. It looks like this location could use some more floor space. The shelving is high leaving many items out of reach. At over six feet tall I could not reach a couple items on my list. Thankfully the staff are amazing and offer quick service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the Athabasca Canadian Tire before I left legal. I was searching for a paddle board pump that was powered. I said it required a guage on it and a special tip to insert into the board. I gave them the name of the board. They put me on hold came back and said yes we have what you want. I said great ill be there. Once I got there I was unable to locate the product I looked for someone to help. I found two people in the sporting section and asked for help. The one person hesitated when I asked where would I find pumps for paddle boards. The other lady spoke up and told me if you were talking to customer service you should go back there. I explained I have people waiting and there is a huge line up at customer service I'm just passing through town. She proceeded to walk me over to the pumps saw early but were the wrong pumps. I went back to customer service to stand in the line up. When I reached customer service the person I spoke to was on the phone was there and she is the nicest person ever. She was quick to get me the right person and we proceeded to go look. Once we got into the area they were none there. He check the system and went to talk to the manager on duty and they did not have any in stock. Normally I do not complain but when you travel an hour and a bit to arrive for the product they told you they had with the price of fuel becomes up very upsetting especially when you do get the product they said they had. I would.like to say that the young lady working at customer service was fantastic and she was very polite and perfessional.
