N	Nom Nom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Between this Canadian Tire, Dawson Creek and Grande Prairie, I'm more likely to find what I want here at Fort St John. The other two always seem to be out of stock of that one item I'm looking for.

Still having issues with their online inventory system saying that things are available when they're not. Wifi seems to be working now, so it's useful in the back of the store where there is limited cell service. Thanks for fixing it!
B	Baljinder Virk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to install the hitch package on my car from fsj Canadian tire. They took one day and then telling you need to come back tmr again. On that day I found that there is a problem with the backupsensor. Next day, when I went they took 3.5 hrs. I called in the morning regarding the problem of backup sensor. They said they gonna fix that ...they didn't fix ..again I talked to them . They said bring the car back...I sat there for 2 hrs they didn't do anything. My car sensors was perfect before that. If something had happened when they installed the hitch that's their duty to fix it........ disappointed....,????.
A	Alireza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned a vacuum cleaner after a week and their associate was very rude. How can it not have enough suction? why are you not taking another item instead? We don't have what you want?!! and shaked his head mockingly repeating what i told him again with a mocking tone! Another time, I found an item to be in clearance and asked the associate. she said they don't have it. I moved on, 5 minutes later, she had the same item in her cart, told her thank you for finding it, she said, Oh no, this is for someone else!! This is the worst Canadian Tire I have been to, ever.

I had to buy something from the parts counter today and that went well, but I also waited for 20 minutes for three different employees to page someone to let me into the chemical lockup in the garden centre. After asking the third staff member for help, I left. The lack of customer service has not changed since their old store on 93 ave, you can rarely find anyone to help and they are short staffed. Any other Canadian Tire I have visited has been a great experience, staff always asking if I need help with something. After this many years in business and still no change, the owners of this place should be embarrassed.
C	Craig H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't find anything - CT app sends you to a spot but nothing there. Staff seem really busy but no focus on helping customers. Nice new store with lots of stuff. Washrooms were immaculate which is always appreciated. Wish staff would offer assistance instead of making you feel like you are interrupting their tasks.
