My personal favorite's are Housewares (cooking & bake ware)& their Garden Center. The have the best selection for all seasonal holidays - amazing. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Pleasant place to shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great... my favorite store. Something new... an online order pickup box. Have your printed order confirmation or use your smart phone and it will scan your QR code and the box with your item will pop open. Very simple and you won't need assistance. It is green and located right by the tills. Great idea. I think this idea might catch on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order to pick up in store over a month ago and was getting no updates. Sent an email about it weeks ago and got no response. It said they had zero in stock in store but every other store on the island has the item I wanted so I don’t get why it was taking so long. Went in store yesterday and they had so many on the shelf but my order was just still processing and no one had responded to my email still. Also the parking lot was an icy mess when other parking lots in the same complex were much better. You clearly sell salt and snow shovels - spread some of that stuff to make it a safer, less stressful experience for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an online order for in store pick up on March 8. Item shipped on the 11th of March and expected delivery was March 20th. I was fine with waiting for my order but when I didn't receive an email on the 20th to pick up my order, I called and was told that the trucks had been delayed with no further info and that my order would be there today, April 3. No email so I called again and there is still no new update. There is no way to track the order and you will have to continually call customer service and depending on the representative, they will call the store for you or make you call the store. It's all just an annoying run around and no one seems to know what's going on. I ordered through canadian tire because I canceled my Amazon prime account due to not wanting to support them. Stick with ordering through Amazon. CT is not worth the headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bring to car to the shop to get a new set of winter tires, it was shiny and clean when I got there. After they’re done with it, got some damage on the rim and super dirty. Cost 120$ for labour for 40 minutes of work. This is very upsetting me
