★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with Megan Scott. Worst gas bar in Campbell river. Service is so slow and why even have electronic payment if you still have to go inside to use chip debit. Get with the times!! Do not recommend this gas bar to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Not sure how many female employees work there but the one I recently dealt with intentionally left me waiting after she put in the wrong grade of gas. I went back and forth from the pump to the store at least three times while she dealt with everyone but me telling me to wait at the pump and she would redo the transaction. No word of a lie I was there for at least 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only place I go for gas. Pumps are always open and rarely closed . Even if there Is lots of people there, there is lots of pumps their! Nice employees aswell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Mobil Mart gas station by Superstore, the gas tenant told my girlfriend the next she uses change with her bank card and card was declined that he gets to keep the change, she went in on January 11, 2022. I gave her $2 to go with the bank card to get 2 items, the card was declined she came out told me he kept the $2. I went back in to get my change back because we did not buy anything. 2 days later she went back with just her bank card and had enough for any item & was refused service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre Auth 200 on my card to fill up with premium, my tank holds 90 litres, I had a quarter tank, pump auto shut off after 38 litres , I didn't want to spill gas by over pumping but in my mind I thought the liters were low, it didn't even fill my car ! What a joke so I left with the 38 litres at 2.50 a litre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waits, GARBAGE SERVICE, ignorant cashier- gave him a handful of cash($18), said how much I wanted (which would have given me $5 change) didn't give me anything back until I realized a moment after walking out the door, turned around and went back in to tell him, he denied that I gave him $18 saying "he put in what I told him"- its not his job to count and , and make sure its the correct amount!?! seeing the extra 5, its his responsibility to give me my change back.. when I informed him that its his job to give correct change, he denied me service all together. This gas station is the WORST gas station I've ever been too!!
