★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has everything you want at fair prices. The points structure and friendly staff is worth changing stores for. Rivals the government store for variety and routinely carries specialty items. Represents Vancouver Island products better than any other liquor store.

Can tell this company is more corporate than "family owned", seeing as the behavior of the staff went from a more natural helpfulness to pretty much being annoying. If I look like I need some help, sure I'd love assistance, but if I'm just grabbing a 24 pack of beer, I don't need to be bothered. There are only a few beers to even consider. Genuinely good customer service should not be annoying to anyone...
