I told her what I was looking for .She helped me find things that I loved and even steamed my blouse so I could leave down island right away. I would highly recommend Rietmans and would love Bev to be recognized for her impeccable service ?

C	Carey Lynn Serink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t want to post this but figure I have the right, When coming in the store a couple weeks back I was treated great by retail staff the cashier that took over and handled us was absolutely pleasant and accommodating. The manager Jennifer, however is an openly prejudice, careless and rude excuse for a human. Please retrain your manager on proper communication skills. Coming in with a visibly handicapped customer can always be a challenge, granted, but to be loudly displayed and belittled/discriminated in front of her staff and other customers was the cherry on top. You can see the staff was visibly uncomfortable as was I. I truly hope others never have to experience what I have and it seems as though anyone with a handicap is not welcome when the manager is present. I’m heartbroken and disappointed.

When I asked to speak with management and she claimed she was management? This business doesn’t take professionalism seriously. Re-evaluate yourselves or get the hell out of this City. Disgusting and immoral.

Rarely buy clothes locally because of lack of choice and poor service and all of that was affirmed once again. Just basic skills and pleasantries are easy! If they are not, or you haven’t been trained appropriately, please find something more suitable. Literally no one else was in the store!! Not sure why a question about a product seen on social media prompted frustration - “misconstrued “ was the reply before I even finished my ask. Now is the time people to listen more than you speak, smile with warmth and kindness like you want to understand … because your livelihood depends on it! And it’s the right thing to do!!

Jennifer talked with me about what I was looking for, then pulled items for me and helped me choose items that suited me best. I am a senior with a frumpy body, and came away feeling good about myself. Clothing here is not cheap quality and prices are not sky high. They always have sales, and can order a different size if needed (which gets delivered to your door).
