J	Joao Vasquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today with my granddaughter to pick up some ice salt and fill up my water jugs and I noticed that there were several people not wearing masks in the store. My granddaughter has bad asthma and if she got the covid, especially this new variant, it could be very bad for her and the rest of my family like her grandmother who is a nurse. Several employees walked by without saying anything to them. Why are none of the employees enforcing this mask mandate? Other than this and the water machine being out of order I found everything I needed.

G	GWoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was fine and the customer service polite. This seems like a large store compared to others in the province so the selection was good. If you happen to be pulling a trailer or have a large RV the parking lot is very large so there is lots of space for parking and maneuvering in and out. The location is good as it is only a short walk from town on Hwy 16.
X	Xavier Lebeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on this place for their poor communication, lies and laziness. I went to get my truck in the shop to get my transmission diagnosed. My truck has a lightweight slide in camper on that could not be removed and I asked them multiple times if it would be a problem. They assured me it would be fine. I was told by the garage that if I found and had my new transmission shipped to their location they would do the work for us so we organized a transmission from Sicamous and had it shipped to the shop. At the time of our appointment they refused to work on my truck because my truck was apparently too heavy (3800kilos) and could not fit. The first problem is that they made us wait over a week in terrace for no reason. As we live in the camper and the transmission was broken, we were literally waiting for our appointment. Second, they never brought the truck inside the garage during the diagnosis because if it was too heavy or too big, that would have been established on my first visit. Third, they refuse to do they work they promised because they did not know how or because they completely lied about the first diagnosis and never brought my truck in for a check-up. I would not have been so upset had they told me initially that it wouldn't be possible to get the truck on the lift. However because they didn't, we wasted a lot of time and were told 3 weeks wait from every other shop in town.
