★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT buy auto parts from this place. They will sell you the wrong part, argue with you, take no responsibility for their mistake, then tell you your own experience of working in a real shop counts for nothing. Absolutely horrendous management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I tried to return unused camping chair with receipt and get refund, store manager Sandy refused to do so referring to "signs in the store that say that say that camping items can only be exchanged." That statement is not true according to Canadian Tire return policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the second time today that I am being told that my appointment is for another day and another time. We are driving from Whistler to Squamish only for this appointment. Gas price is high at the moment and road conditions are difficult. Could you please make sure to correctly book into your system the time and day of all appointments you take. And maybe send a reminder so we can figure out that you got the wrong information. You changed our today appointment to the 25th of April….. 3 weeks later!! And when we asked a financial compensation for the gas.. (it costs about 25$!) we been told it is not their issue..

This locations auto department cost me a couple thousand dollars, refused to adjust their mistake, and after speaking with the community here in Squamish they all say do not take your car to Canadian Tire. I can not state that enough. If you are importing your vehicle from the US or any work that needs to be done, take it to a local shop. This is the worst service I have ever dealt with and has cost me a tremendous amount of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for Rain-X for plastic shields. They had it for glass. I spoke with Dalan, I hope I got his name correct. He bent over backwards to help. His computer indicated there were 2 bottles of the product, he went to the store room and came back a few minutes later indicating he couldn't find any. I left without making a purchase however I definitely appreciate it the gentleman's help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to ask about the cost of a fuel purger on my Chevrolet Impala.The mechanic and part service attendant said it was a big job and that it be a couple weeks wait. The bays were half full. After getting all 4 tires purchased and serviced a week ago. It's a easy very accessible job so everyone's aware. Gross
