★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PREPAY FOR SERVICES !!!! I prepaid for 2 tests last year that got canceled not once but twice with still no date to be announced. Unfortunately I have to take a step back from grooming for a surgery and i reached out to get a refund since the event still doesn't have a reschedule date and I didn't want to be in
a position where I couldn't attend do to my health. They offered me half back and told me my reason wasn't valid fot a full refund ! Not to mention they have 0 refund policy in place. You think after a year like 2020 people would be more understanding, not this money grab! What a joke ! I'm still trying to get the rest of my money back but unfortunately the maturity level of this company involves ignore emails and phone calls. So fellow groomers don't prepay for this service unless you're absolutely sure a world crisis won't change the date.
