I am not happy that I have to even give one star on this review. I was blown away by the disrespect and behaviour that Chris had towards customers (just to people in general). I have been in customer service for years and if I had treated any clients the way he did, I would have been fired immediately. He was just so rude I can't comprehend it. He treats people like they're dogs and that is not okay. I can promise one thing and that is I will never come back to this company because of Chis.

Absolutely an incredible experience from start to finish. Staff has been friendly, caring - just plain fantastic - in the showroom to the installers. We are so thrilled with the countertops and will be back when we reno our upstairs kitchen for sure! Cannot thank VMMM&G enough!

I recently got my kitchen island, backsplash, 3 bathrooms and laundry room countertops from them. Emanuel was fantastic and so passionate. His show room is immaculate. It’s so clean and tidy. Customer service is excellent. I am very satisfied and happy with the service. Quality craftsmanship. I will strongly recommend them.

This review is about my experience so far, I have called a few times and all the ladies I spoke to were very nice and helpful. Based on those interactions I asked my contractor to go there to help give measurements for a bathroom curb and a slab for a shower bench. I seen some color samples and picked what I liked best , and they ended up giving me $200 off the original quote which was super helpful. It will be cut and polished and ready in 3 days. Hoping the quality is as good as the service!

Beautiful countertops and great customer service until something goes wrong. This is my first review of anything ever because it hasn't sat right with me since it happened. Within a year of having the counters installed my husband nicked the edge of our island counter with a dinner plate(plate did not break) and a very large piece of the countertop chipped off. The piece that broke off was about the size of a Toonie and deep into the counter. It was very noticeable and is in our main workspace so we see/feel it multiple times every day. We reached out to Valley Master Mason in hopes they would be able to help us considering the counters were less than a year old, and Quartz is supposed to be virtually indestructible. It is unbelievable the damage that was done from a dinner plate that didn't even break itself in the impact. We were under the impression that there must have been a pre existing crack or something in the slab that made it that weak. Maybe this isn't the case but either way the damage that was done should not have happened from a dinner plate. I emailed them to let them know what happened and ask if there is anything they can do. They were quick to respond that they were running a little slower because of the pandemic and told us to keep the part that chipped off and that they would come and try to repair it. Approximately one month later Chris came and the first thing he said was "whoa, that's the biggest chip I've ever seen." He went on to explain that he'd probably not be able to fix it and that we likely would still be able to see it after. When he finished it was still very obviously there and the shine had been buffed off the area surrounding the chip. Chris said that we had two options if we weren't happy. They could come remove the slab and cut approx 2 inches off and replace it. We would lose that overhang as a result and we can't really afford to do that because it was already tight. The second option was replacing the slab entirely. At this time we assumed that they would do this for labor costs and that there must be some sort of warranty on their products. If not through them, then through the manufacturer of the product. I asked if he would be able to take the slab back and reuse it somewhere else. We have a large island and many houses are built with smaller ones that they could cut to fit and it would be perfect. Chris said he can't do that and didn't really say why. We knew that this was all a big hassle for us and them and we decided we were going to try and live with it and see how much it bothered us moving forward. After a few months had passed we decided that we weren't happy with the results and would really like the counter fixed for good. We worked really hard and spent a lot of money building our new home and it may seem trivial but this blemish on the countertop bothers us every day. The way the light shines through the windows it hits the spot and highlights it all day long. The only time it isn't as noticeable is at night when there is no natural light coming in. We have a beautiful kitchen but every time a new person walks in they say something like "whoa, what happened there?" Once again we reached out to Valley Master Mason and spoke to Chris who said he would have a quote prepared and emailed to us right away without options. We said thank you very much and just assumed we would get quoted on the labor associated with swapping or removing and cutting the piece. We did not expect this to happen for free and respect the fact that there would be costs involved for a business to run properly. Within a day or two the quote came in. They quoted $2500 to removed the piece, cut some off and replace it. This option would leave us with little to no overhang. The other option was $3500 to remove and replace the whole slab. We were shocked at the prices. We have a new home with small kids and can not afford either. We responded telling them that they made no further efforts to help us. This is the cust service issue stemming from our home build that will always bother us.

If I could give them a zero I would. Very rude and just want to take your hard earned money. I bought expensive quartz countertops that were installed is sub par. The shiny lustre did not even last a year. Very disappointed to say the least. I definitely do not recommend.

Great service, very knowledgeable staff, wonderful selection. Just a slam dunk!! The installation was very detail oriented. The team was organized, clean and did an amazing job. This was the best granite job we have done in the last 5 homes we remodeled. Chris was amazing at visualizing the exact look we want and the huge 16ft island.

Rude and arrogant. I am a experienced renovator and have renovated many kitchens and baths. Went in to see if could pay for a discard for a small project. I was immediately impressed with the selection and showroom, thinking, I am going to use these guys for my next upcoming kitchen renovation. Chris invited me back to the remnants and discards. When I said I intended to finish the rough small piece myself, he said β€œGet out”.
