BJJ is an art of fighting on the ground. It offers a great workout and self-defense skills for all ages, for men and women alike. Our classes are primarily No-Gi but we welcome Members & Guests to train in the Gi whenever they prefer. CMC has one of the top Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programs in Canada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My teen daughter and I started here almost 2 yrs ago. The coaches and members alike are very welcoming and supportive. All of them go the extra mile to help teach and improve everyone. It has become our second family. I'm amazed in the transformation of my daughter into a confident, fit (mind and body) young lady.
You're never too old (I started at 50yrs old) and its not just for boys.
This has become a true lifestyle for us.
To comment on the negative reviews... It's clear that most of them have never even stepped inside or even talked to anyone from there in person. Also, this isn't a sport where participation trophies are routine. It takes LOTS of hard work to progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coaches and trainers are open, friendly, and really know their trade.
The gym is divided in such a way as to give those who want to be fighters all that they need to be exceptional fighters, while at the same time keeping the gym friendly and accommodating to those who want to learn mixed martial arts but never want to enter the cage, and even those who are simply there for a fun workout.
The prices are great giving really good value for your money, including a family plan so learning martial arts can be an activity that the family can work on together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All you need for intelligence and mask free training. Many amenities and promotions, try there two visits and get a free ventilator trial. This open and uncaring environment really allows you to get used to not being able to breathe by blowing you away with their amazing ability to disappoint their kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has a family feel to it. Never judged and always helpful. The front desk lady Jenn is excellent and works very hard. Neil is amazing and has helped me through my injury and so patient ☺️ I am very happy here, great equipment also!

We just joined as a family 2 weeks ago. My daughter as well as my wife. They both love it although my wife is so far only using the weight room which is amazing too btw.
I heard, Neil is an amazing trainer to the kids. Super friendly and brings the fun into this sport (I am getting shown every day the learned escapes out of uncomfortable positions in the living room - that’s also what is bjj about it - making yourself comfortable in uncomfortable conditions ? ?)
I can literally see how the training is making my 13 year old feeling more self confident and grounded in daily life. Furthermore she loves to participate going to sport beside the effort and sweat she may need to put into. That’s fantastic!
Jordan is in my opinion one of the best trainer ever. I have been in 3 different german gyms and never been so welcome. He’s very professional, know what he is talking about and in addition an amazing human. If I wanted to fight ever again it will be under his flag.
It makes so much fun that you can be always yourself and go to your limits however your skillset and conditioning looks like, there is no pressure at all.
Everybody is equal there.
The entire team seems to me very respectful and friendly. Doesn’t matter if old or young, experienced or not. The culture they are creating is quite impressive!
Furthermore on the front-desk you gonna find Jenn. Super nice and friendly as well. She’ll have all the answers to the questions you might have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenn at the front is always helpful, the facility is clean well taken care of. Cmc doesn't have every little piece of equipment or designated space but has everything you need to get after it and accomplish your goals.
The Coaches are able to help in every skill level and ages. My kids have thoroughly enjoyed their classes and the coaches have been patient and detailed for a rookie like me and are also able to help journeymen as well no matter their skill.
