About the Merger

I am very pleased to announce that our company has signed a definitive agreement to merge with Aramark Corporation and the sale is expected to close by the end of the year. Upon completion of the merger, Canadian Linen & Uniform Service will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aramark.

This news may come as a surprise, but we are confident this will help strengthen our business and generate additional value for our customers. The merger of the two companies is a good fit and we’re anticipating a smooth transition for everyone.

Aramark Corporation (NYSE: ARMK) is a leading provider of managed services and is one of the largest textile rental service providers in the U.S. We believe the company shares similar values and culture and will ultimately take good care of our employees and customers.

Our top priority is to continue to provide customers with consistent, high-quality service and support. Our production facility and service centers will remain open at full capacity and operate under our current company name for some time. Customers shouldn’t see any meaningful changes to their service and will continue to work with their existing service teams. I would give this place zero stars if I could I tried to cancel my service with them but they won't let me . It's beyond their control. So stuck with paying for a service I don't want or need.

This company is terrible! Service is nonexistent. The manager James never returns calls or emails. Donโ€™t waste your money. I would give them a zero rating if I could!

This is the lowest google rating i have seen on any business and it is well deserved. BS auto renew contracts that should be banned, new and creative charges every year, dirty worn out garments, different drivers every week, clueless managers that ignore problems until they get kicked out, then they have the audacity to send multiple fraudulent invoices for lost or damaged items that their own incompetent system missed.

I am being generous by giving Canadian Linen one star, all the reviews about this company are true. Poor customer service, no call back from managers to deal with any problems you have. Up the rates and got cheaper product in with very poor repair service. Could write a book on terrible drivers. Changed company's. Don't recommend.

I do not recommend using this company what so ever. If you work in a shop environment save yourself the hassle and invest in your own office mats & coveralls. Management is near so impossible to deal with as they don't return calls or emails.

Dealt with Canadian Linen through multiple companies. They're pretty bad at what they do. I wouldn't recommend them to any company looking to supply their employees with uniforms, coveralls, etc. They don't repair coveralls unless you put AT LEAST 6-8 of their tags on them. The place is a joke really, I swear the staff just tear the tags off and throw them out. They either need a change in management or a change in staff. Unsure what on earth they have going on there.

Always sending back overalls while they're damaged or missing straps. Cannot pull through, my company I work for even had to manager come in and try work things out with missing overalls, bad quality repairs, and even sometime just sending them back fully damaged but clean. Makes no sense. Can you please actually try and do your job, it's irritating to see people who cannot work properly. Especially people who have such an easy job.
