Service varies depending on which contractor they are using. Office staff receptive and friendly

Might as well replace the people behind the desk with fidget spinners, because that's all they know how to do. Utterly incompetent, completely useless and wholly unawares of their designated arcs and responsibilities.

Hours of operation are terrible, they are always closed by the time anyone is home from work. They are always slow to respond to issues or make excuses to avoid the work. Also have a tendency of not communicating with their tenants well enough.

My son and his family were on the waiting list for military housing. when they finally moved into their subsidized housing unit I was shocked at the poor condition they were expected to live in. The unit itself was acceptable - except for a basement that was unusable because of water infiltration. The grounds were like walking through a scary ghetto. The side walks were damaged and dangerous and the lawns were just patches of dirt with weeds everywhere. There is no sense of pride in how this housing is maintained and I am embarrassed that our military considers this housing to be adequate for kids who serve their country - cheap housing or not - standards are not fit and do not create a family environment. The Canadian Government should be ashamed of how they expect our soldiers and their families to live. I'm very concerned about my grandchildren having to grow up there.

Mediocre at best, they've been dealt a lot of budget cuts. The sidewalks are all crumbling, no post-winter street sweeping. They don't plant any trees for shade, most homes aren't updated or upgraded, but you get what you pay for

Had a contractor come in trying to fixed my tile flooring from cracking cause it was installed incorrectly, from the contractor. So contractor ad more sport beams on the basement in the most awkward spots (front of sink, and dryer) and the metal poles weren't installed either, as a month later one of them fell on my dryer, damaging it or wores could have hit someone. Very disorganized management for, that's just one 1 thing for starts there's a long list.

I would give negative stars if I could. Our house has mould and their inspector LIED and said it was water stains. It's black effin mold and my kids and I are getting sick from it. They denied our transfer even though we are 5 people in a 2 bedroom. Our pipes back up every few weeks and we have to get maintenance in here.. they are honestly the worst and they don't care about anything or anyone.

They canceled my application after telling me it was still active a month before, after fighting with them, and proving that i had replied to an email they had sent, they had to put me back on the list retro actively, i lost my chance for housing this year because of this. I would say call them every week to check on your application. Also they haven't done anything about the broken fan and black mold in the bathroom of the one I'm currently sharing with a roommate. Repair orders are extremely slow.
