The ladies at the Parry Sound location should be trainers for people in other locations! They smiled, laughed and made the customers feel welcomed. At the other locations (especially in the GTA), no one smiles or laughs or anything . . . straight face and serious. Thanks, ladies. Oh, they were also very helpful is getting me what I was looking for!

The employee took my wife and I immediately(just before the lunch hour seems good) She corrected mistakes in our designation for Northern Status efficiently and called the department needed to correct the problem. She even informed us that we did not need a fishing licence as we were over 65. I also went to this Service Ontario center last Spring 2016. I had a very short wait and again received excellent service and information.
G	GLENN d on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for over an hour. Slow staff! Avoid at all costs. They take an hour lunch from 12-1 the only service ontario to do so. It's worth the drive to Burks falls or another Service Ontario.

Still in Covid mode, so only 2 people inside at a time, but the line outside of 4 people moved fast and someone kept coming out to update us, answer questions, and make sure everyone has what they needed. Parry Sound wasn't the closest office for me, but I'd rather go here and deal with friendly government staff who know what they are doing, than suffer through a stressful experience somewhere else. Thanks!
