★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable rent for sure. Cute lay out of units. Only issue i have is the insulation. Makes hearing every detail of your neighbors lives easy. Sucks when they have an annoying dog that barks literally all hours of the night.
Also, i had to fix a huge leak in my window frame myself even though I've been asking for that to be fixed for a year now. Guess you get what you pay for. All in all its an alright place to live if you can get passed all the noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here since 2014 when I came back to petawawa, very hard area to find affordable rent, the prices are jacked way up in the area because of military and military turnover, you need a place you will pay the price, however point court has always been affordable, and never had an issue with the property management, always available and there when needed. Thanks for not being greedy price gougers like the majority in the area.
