★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Called to ask for a proposal on water treatment system and got the 3rd degree because we didn't get a proposal from them to begin with. The sales guy flat our refused to provide a proposal and accused me of trying to get them to help their competitor. Totally unhelpful and super unprofessional with a lot of swearing, do yourself a favor and call the competition; they are cheaper anyways.
