★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jake put an edge on a Oknife Splint for me and it was scalpel sharp. Not only was the knife incredibly sharp the bevels were even across the whole blade and each side was identical. I’ve had other sharpening services ruin a knife by lack of skill or not taking care, but with Jake your knives are in very safe hands. Please stay safe and keep on cutting.
