Received a call 15 minutes later to confirm delivery window and received confirmation a few minutes later. Two days later, washer arrived in perfect condition, delivery was smooth and quick, workers were friendly and accomodating. Would definitely recommend.

The delivery team was very friendly and worked to get my product in the house (which was not easy). I will definitely look to them first for all my appliance needs. Great service! Highly recommended!

The fridge was a challenge to get in and the delivery team worked well to problem solve and get the fridge placed. I also did not check the placement of the deep freezer in the basement, however it had been put it where it needed to go for us to do the rest. Very pleased with how they contacted us multiple times to inform of delivery, I was provided delivery info as in approximate time and it arrived in that window.

I ordered a new fridge (which was out of stock in most of the big box stores) and not only did they have it in stock but they were able to deliver in a few days. I got constant updates on the day of delivery as well which was much appreciated. I will be ordering from them again!

We had to stop delivery a day before. They took our call and did arrangements with the delivery party accordingly. Best price in Montreal and 0 % financing You just can't go wrong. I just had a small issue with the fridge. Will go and speak with them today. Will keep you all posted about my experience later on.

The salesperson George was helpful and easy to deal with, quick to respond to further instructions. And the price was the best in the market as far as what the Google search shows. We are waiting for delivery today and hopefully it will be as first class. Well it turns out that for some reasons beyond our understanding, the installation does not include disconnecting the old washer. We’ll have to get our guy to disconnect the machine before they come, and hope that the tap doesn’t leak. Disappointed.

He was very helpful in providing us with different options and price ranges for what we needed. He also gave us information on whether they were in stock or not and when to expect them to be available. He also gave us good deals with the prices and the warranty coverage. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and the availability and the price of the two items we purchased. We would recommend this store to our family and friends.

But when the washer was delivered it completely looks like used, First there is a dent on the back that can be seen from the inside as well Second, there is a lot of water and food stain inside, there is also a lot of water in the filter. how does a brand-new device have water and food stain in it??!?! Third, there is oil stains all over the place in the machine Forth, you can see discoloration all over the machine. and lastly which the most important in my opinion, is that their support is the worse I have seen. I called twice and nothing yet. I have been advised to go online and fill a form which I have, but no one has reached out yet. button line I paid over 1300 and received a used device and no one is responding. Try to stay away from them. not to mention their installation service and extended warranty which I did not but is by far more expensive than other stores. going to them was my mistake and it will not happen again.
