★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price for this pet friendly accommodation. Staff were very pleasant. There is a trail just one block away along the Elk River. Housekeeping could have been better as the coffee machine had a pod left in it...just made me question would else might have been missed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negligence on the snow maintenance, very embarrassing for a ski town! Everyone was spinning out & digging for their tires.
The heater was behind the bed so the pillows got hot, the telephone cord was resting in the heater behind the couch before I turned the heat on.
The staff were never around for check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a pet friendly room, it was spacious, clean and recently had the flooring replaced. Great continental breakfast provided. Very reasonably priced compared to similar options. Have stayed before and will stay again. Close to all amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The floors had not been vacuumed in between guests as there were bobby pins and other items left on the floor still, the coffee maker was not clean which led me to believe that the room had not been taken care of after the last guest. They did give the extra pillows I had requested though, so that was a plus.

Arrived to late and left to early to access pool but lady says they change the hot tub water daily. Which I thought was nice.
Cons:
Went to use cups in the room and they were filthy. Stains on the bottoms and sticky on the outside. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to stay and make your home base if you're in Fernie. We were there for a few days of spring skiing and the room was perfect. Started our days with complimentary coffee and breakfast - pb&jam on toast and muffin. Then after a long day on the slopes, flopped into the pool (warm!!l) before soaking in the hot tub. After that, it was a short walk to downtown to check out the local shops and restaurants. Not the fanciest but great value and location is tough to beat. Only a half block away from the Elk River too!!
