The manager was very professional, and straight to the point.

There is a second email communication to inform the customer of shipping. I have been there a few times and had a good experience every time. They staff is very informative and polite in person and over the phone.

I asked around and looked online, this place came up as the top reviewed. When I called them, the owner spent a significant time just on the phone with me answering my queries. I was honestly impressed especially because most other gold stores were either short with me or didn’t even answer their phones. Not only did they give me the best rate in the area compared to a few other places I called, the owner’s friendliness and integrity sets their business apart from others.

I took my old gold necklaces and a ring to sell, not feeling very optimistic based on my previous experiences with other gold dealers, but was extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. This was an emotional transaction but I was dealt with in a highly professional and caring way. I was given what I considered to be an excellent price for the pieces.
