But they cancelled the store pickup option and shipping is $15 for upto $500 order. That's a bit much. They can try to reduce the shipping fee or reduce the threshold for free shipping.

Therefore, I remain a return customer. In recent purchases I have been happy with the shipping service, due to that pick up was unavailable during pandemic.

They give you bang for your buck when selling back to them. Great to chat with the owner who is very knowledgeable in the bullion game.

A	Ashnola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My apologies, I received your automated email today requesting a review and assumed it was for the company I just dealt with, but upon further review, I realized that that company I just dealt with is not yours and so my original review (below) is not applicable to your company and therefore I retract my comments below. It’s strange though that I haven't dealt with your company since Dec 2020 and I'm just getting a request for review now. Prices are competitive and customer service is decent; however, took way too long to mail my order (30 days; even though website said it was in stock) and the products were not very well packaged, which is a real bummer when you pay thousands of dollars for your order. There are much better outfits to deal with out there and I won't be coming back to this one.

Refunded for items no problem. All in all I was pretty happy with what I purchased and I would recommend BullionMart to others looking to buy bullion or collector coins.
K	Kyle K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received my first package from Bullion Mart today. I verified the authenticity of the item and it was indeed genuine. Two things stood out. 1) They include a paper with signatures from two employees, the camera the packaging was filmed on, and other security details. Haven't seen this before. 2) They require "Card on delivery", which means, rather than the package being left in your mailbox like most other suppliers (even when signature confirmation is paid for, because of new C19 protocols), it's delivered to your local post office with a pickup card left at your home. This requires ID on pickup and removes the chance of a stolen package, vs. the high-risk of "signature confirmation" (which is anything but). Excellent overall, even price matched another supplier on an item. Placed another order today in support of them. Thank you!
