★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May want to consider going to the Grant Park, Maryland, or Osborne locations instead if you have the option. Not uncommon to have to wait in a long and slow moving line up. Seems to be a significant knowledge gap between staff members, and some of them can be pretty indifferent, or even defensive, to reasonable customer questions and/or concerns. Hours of operation are 9 am - 8 pm on some days, 9:40ish am - 7:50ish pm on others....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could leave less then 1 star I would. Canada post direct mailing is a joke. I had used their services a while ago to promote my business, and I discovered that they were still working on getting everything delivered 4 YEARS LATER. Just goes to show exactly how unorganized these people are and what a rip off their services are. These things would never happen with a privatized business. Complete waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Post office in the Rexall on Corydon used to have the best team of employees. They were friendly and helpful. In the past couple years, the store changed a lot. I have had only unpleasant experiences and the worst ones have been at the post office. I am now dreading having to pick up a parcel there, and every time I wish I could do it at the Grant Park office.
