★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women with short hair is rude! Wouldn't listen to what I was saying. To confirm identify she wanted letter with address and 2 IDs. The email I received only stated they need 2 IDs. I wouldn't recommend this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse service ever . Went to mail a card. Wasn't even greeted. My card was flung on the desk like it was garbage, telling me the card is suspended and wont recheck if I can rsend it back, and he spoke to me in a rude manner. I am disgusted. Chad should learn how to treat customers in a respectable manner. If you don't like your job please just leave. Hope your employers know that you are costing them business, I will never return at this location. Canada post need to train their employee better customer service care. If they cant do the job they should be at the frontline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person working in Canada post commented on my ethnicity. I just had to show my ID and I asked him if I can show a soft copy but he said " Can you go to India without passport". I will never go there again that is for sure and if you are brown don't go there either because you may not like what they say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So Today (23 December, 2021) I went here at canada post at shoppers and the cashier/ representative that was working here (around 5:30 pm) was super rude to me when I asked him my query as it was the first time I am using Canada post service after coming into Canada. He treated me like a trash, rolled his eyes in front of me and insulted me in front of the whole lineup that was over there. I will never forget about this experience at this location. I wonder is this is how you treat any human being? I kindly request to shoppers and Canada post to look into this matter. I strongly believe in kindness and a good customer service experience. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s unfortunate that customers continue to be ill-prepared when attending this location. Customers just come to hold up the line because they want things done their way there are regulations and procedures when it comes to what can be mailed or cannot also depending on the service requested. You are not Frank Sinatra.
The staff are excellent I sympathize for the staff they are doing their best. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get that working at the CanPost isn't exactly easy and that more times then not you get a lot of bad customers, but I do believe in behaving in an acceptable manner towards those few customers that give you a genuine smile and are polite to the staff. This isn't the first time I go to this location and have one of the guys at the front desk give me attitude for no reason, I tend to avoid this location but unfortunately I can't always do that. Please be nice to your customers we aren't all A*holes
