Had to update review because the old post office lady left. The new ones were not as nice and good as her

β β β β β For the second time this year, I've ordered an uber to go pick up a package because Canada Post doesn't want to deliver to your door. And for the second time, I arrive before their posted hours say they'll be closed, and somehow, they're closed. The first time they chose to close at 3pm, so this time I got there for 2pm, and what do you know? They're closed earlier. It seems they just pick and choose to do whatever the hell they want to do and they're wondering why everyone is sick and tired of their nonsense. What an embarrassment of an organization.

β β β β β We ordered an item online from Hudson Bay. We received a notice from Canada Post courier service that the delivery would be made between 10.00 a.m and 2 PM. It is now 5 PM and we still have not had delivery. However they will make the usual litany of excuses of why it it okay that they wasted someone's entire day!

β β β β β I've been dealing with this location for years. It seems to have gotten worse. For pickups, they can't be bothered processing the recipts for the day so I need to wait until the next day. For outgoing packages they used to be helpful, now they can't be bothered to assist. I think all these workers care about is putting in the years of service, however mediocre, and collecting their massive, overly generous pensions at the retirement. If you have precious things to send, take it to Staples and you will see what good service is like.

β β β β β I have never seen that kind of person, who doesn't care about customers! I have been three times at this branch and I got disappointing all the time. First of all, she doesn't know exactly the prices of mail types. That`s why she is getting angry when you ask more than two questions about mail types and letters. Second of all, she is being a rude while answering your questions. She is trying to get rid of you! If you need to feel angry one day, just go there and have a conversation with the staff. Waste of time!

β β β β β They keep delivering my packages to the wrong addresses or don't even attempt to deliver them to me and claim that they did in tracking. This is the 6th time this has happened. Now I have 3 packages they claimed they tried to deliver and left cards for, which is a complete lie unless they did so to an incorrect address.
Now I don't have any delivery cards for 3 of my holiday packages and have no idea how I am supposed to pick them up. I was here all day, they didn't even attempt to deliver them or call me. This is ridiculous.

β β β β β This post office is getting progressively worse. The staff are incredibly rude & not helpful. I've even had nasty commentary on my appearance. Who does that?! They used to have decent staff but it's gone WAY downhill. Even the young guy who worked there was nicer than the staff now. HORRENDOUS hours that they chose to make daily. Unreliable but unfortunately I live in the area & have no choice where Canada Post sends my parcels for pick up.
The staff here are NOT Canada Post staff, they are the drug store staff. My postie doesn't even like dealing with them.

β β β β β This post office should not be licensed to be one. It says they are "open" today which is Sunday. I go out of my way to get a parcel back to Amazon and they want to accept it and give me NO receipt. I said how do I know they will get it if you lose it and they tell me they are "limited service" that I should take picture of the tracking number!! What are they going to do just drop it in the mailbox? Get SERIOUS CANADA POST WITH YOUR OPERATIONS.
