K	Karen Harper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love our town and for many years have not had an issue with our post office. A certain staff member has changed that for me. For the last year if we have ordered something on line we might get an e-mail saying our purchase is at the post office ready for pickup. When we get to the PO if the notice is not in our box one of the front counter this woman will not look or retrieve it from the back room even if we show them the e-mail. She claims she is not to hand out parcels until notices are left in our box. More recently they have even denied that the parcel is even in the building until someone actually goes to look for it and finds that it's been there for days and not in Richmond as their web-site says. If Canada Post cannot handle the increased use of online shopping with Amazon they should lose the contract to deliver the parcels. Don't tell me my parcel is there and then refuse to give it to me.
