H	HaydonW15 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missing several packages in a period of 3 months since using this PO outlet when I've never had any missing packages using other outlets. Mainly packages going outside Canada, and recently packages going to US started getting lost. For a very small business trying to make end meets, this is certainly not going to work for me if I keep using this outlet. Or packages are not being processed properly, getting lost along the line, or there's some dishonesty going on there.

F	FeliBootSack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ haven't recieved mail for 2 weeks now, they wont answer there phone and then when i try to call again they are always busy like they unplugged it or something. As another reviewer also stated here, it is nearly pointless to go in and ask, as the lady answers your questions with one word, quick answers as rudely as her job will let her to get you to go away. the greyhound used to be a great way to send/recieve packages. why did that have to shut that down? :'(
R	Rich ie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been trying to call regarding a parcel in hold and they do not answer the phone. It goes to an automatic call back feature then gives you a busy signal and disconnect. What kind of service is this from Gov't agency won't answer the phone.
B	Benjamin Keller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, friendly service. I'm not sure I understand what these 1 star reviews are about. Every time I've been here, staff has been polite, professional and efficient, even in the middle of all of this pandemic stress. This is a post office, there are lines. This hasn't changed in a century. Packages have strict requirements and rates to be sent. This is all posted online and can be dealt with well before you come in. I've had one single mix-up in over 50 times sending and picking up packages, and it didn't result in any lost time or items. Take your frustrations out on someone else, these people are clearly doing their best.
