★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, I called in I to ask about how the prices for shipping and labeling. They transferred me over to many different people then hung up on me. I called back in they argued with me on the phone and wouldn't understand my inquires about labels. I received no help and have to figure the system out on my own. Never have I had such bad service I definitely do not recommend Canada Post and I can see why Amazon does not use that carrier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd time is a charm??♂️??♂️?
This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with the same sender. Canada post seems to continuously either not deliver the package to the door even when there is when requested Through the sender by the recipient(pre covid) or not deliver the package at all with no explanation or information. But my email notification states that my item is ready for pick as of 0:742. Its16:00 and now my package is missing....... but found by a csr that was very good and assured me that I would hear back in 24 hrs. Keep u posted??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff and always proactive. I am very surprised to see negative comments about this depot. My experience with them has been simply amazing, every time. Motivated staff and the manager (Pinky) is a great person. Very helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why they ask questions, like "do you want Christmas stamps?" If they're not going to listen to the answer...I said no twice and still got xmas stamps.
Also wish they would offer to stamp the envelopes before sloppily mashing stamps on the middle of the envelope.....I had only said twice they were wedding thank cards.

Service is fast, efficient and the store has beautiful items for ALL occasions!!
It's more than a pharmacy:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Canada Post outlet! I've been using it for 15 years and although Canada Post's pricing is a little crazy and sometimes the lines are long during busy periods, I always have experience great service.
The Manager Pinky is the best! Always positive, always honest about options and a great sense of humour. Canada Post is lucky to have her! Thanks for the awesome service Pinky! I appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at the post office at 6:35pm to mail a package. She told me I need to fill out a declaration form and continued to say I have to hurry up because I want to close at 6:55. The post office closes at 7pm. When I had question about the form she didn’t want to help but wanted me to hurry up so she can close 5 minutes early. I found her to be very rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back there again.
