They tell you there is a foreign threat monitoring your computer and charge you $400 to fix it then 2 months later tell you there is a foreign threat corrupting your drivers and you have to get a google or ebay prepaid card to fix it. Total scam. I talked to some Indian guy and asked for his supervisor , and it was him just trying to change his voice. STAY AWAY

They told me that my Webroot system would not recognize malware and other computer problems that only they could fix. They informed me that my Geek Squad protection had expired and they could fix everything for $249. All a bunch of lies and deception

I	Integrity Computers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company seems to be at least predatory if not an outright scam. A client of ours was misled to believe they were associated with Netflix support when they were simply trying to change a password. $750 later we've found that they've installed a variety of suspicious apps, some modifying the actual registry of the computer to create openings within the firewall for them to gain access.
C	Chelsey Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam, they just attempted to steal $20k USD from my older grandfather - they act friendly, which will throw people off. They add software to your computer, remote utilities and show my PC so they can continue to have access to your computer. They will say they need to refund you money, then fix transfers or send stolen money (to the tune of 20k!) And say YOU have to refund them. Very common scam that targets older people who don't know what is going on. Beware, and this company should feel ashamed of themselves.

Had to call them when I wanted a scan, and possibly any threats removed, and any additional help, but when I went to close my account, not renew it, they claimed giving me a refund, but I hadn't paid anything new yet, so no refund needed. Then they hacked my bank account, transferred money from my savings to my checking, and claimed the refunded to much, and tried to make me reimburse them, and the whole time they were still connected to my pc, so it was hard to do anything, as they would interrupt me. I finally got to close the window, as there was no option, after at least 48 hours. NEVER TRUST THEM!

Yes, it's expensive, but as an elder, it's nice to know someone has my back. They also have restored files when I misplaced them.
A	Adam Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the negative reviews here are credible. They claimed to be affiliated with PayPal, scammed my 80yo mother out of $1000 to 'buy a new firewall' to fix the problems they certainly caused on her Mac, and installed who knows what. Sad pathetic POS's.
