★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, so I go into this place to pick up a package from overseas. The lady looks at the package and goes, "A lot of kimchi?" At a loss for words...seriously. Just because I have a Korean last name and the package is from Korea. Just, wow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to pick up a parcel from Canada Post and was told by the lady behind the counter very rudely that, because of the Easter long weekend, my parcel wasn't there yet. I was ok with the reasoning (even though the Canada Post notification card said to come in today after 1:00 PM), but what peeves me is how she said it... almost like she was screaming at me, sounded like she was in a hurry to get rid of me because of the line up in the store. Repeatedly screamed out loudly that my parcel wasn't there, and asked for the person behind me to come up to the counter. Wow... what customer service. I guess I'll have to go back tomorrow and deal with her again for my parcel. Not looking forward to getting screamed at again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had two negative experiences with a certain lady behind the desk at this Canada post, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the reviews on here generally echo'd my sentiments. She has generally been quite rude and impatient and unhelpful.
I must say though, that I have seen a few middle-aged Asian women behind the desk, and with the exception of this particular one, the others have been quite friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The package slip said my package would be there that day so i went in the morning and she said it should have been there yesterday but it wasn't even there today. I understand the mail carrier is at fault for some of it. She said phone back later on in the day to see if they have it. Problem is the package is a replacement phone and even worse, there's no phone number listed when i look the post office up on google. I've missed two whole work days because of this fiasco. essentially the same amount of money that would pay for two replacement phones. hopefully my next experience won't be so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best improv show I’ve ever been to. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time here. If you enjoy a hearty laugh, you’ll be ordering things daily online and then playing the home-but-hiding card when the postman tries to deliver your package so that you can come to this location as often as possible for a dang good time.
