★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are terrible, I pay for delivery to end up picking up my purchased goods. They don’t even leave a notice card, if something gets delivered it goes to neighbours instead.
And if by luck we are home, it sounds like an army troupe is knocking at the door, where a functioning door bell exists.
It has to change if they change their team and field staff !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a disabled person, it is extremely painful, tiring and inconvenient when you don't update your hours (despite employee requests) and therefore people like me have to waste their time and energy to only see that your location is closed, without time to go to another location. This is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Canada Post counter at this Shoppers is worth a visit, if simply to interact with the best service agents.
They are quite helpful here, and were very happy to have me take photos of the well organized layout.
I appreciated how full their packaging stock was, and they had up to date stamp collections. P.O. Boxes available here!
