★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! They deliver my mail to the wrong address! I have lost govt forms, amazon deliveries and today again nothing in my mailbox even though the tracking says it was delivered! Now have to go stand in the line and see if these dolts can figure out where they delivered my parcel this time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service from this Canada post location. I already had to file so many complaints for non-delivery of parcels that I could write a book about it.
Problems with mail delivery:
1) they leave the key to the community mailbox but they take the package with them instead of putting it in the mailbox.
2) they just leave a delivery notice card without even making the attempt to deliver. So you get your package one day later and now you have to go and pick it up at the post office.
3) they would leave the delivery notice card on your door without even ringing the door bell or knocking on the door. I have a camera at my door so I can see what they're doing.
Very disappointed with their service.

The experience that I had here in dealing with the postal services I required was exactly how I would hope every Canada Post client should have. Thank you June! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service with parcel delivery, even in the freezing cold, right to your door! I never got service like this in BC. You had to go to the post office for everything. If you don’t think it’s great service you've just been spoiled, lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite how nice the clerks are, the post office is very inefficient when it comes to dealing with parcels after the delivery date. They close early and there is no way to reach the office if you need a parcel held. They just return the package to sender and tell you "sorry, we can't do anything about it."
