I've dealt with them for the last 12 years and have never had such attitude towards a customer in this case my wife. I made a label using the online tool to mail a document and they refused to receive the envelope. My wife tried to explain to them that the common package is the only option that best fits this option and the Indian lady told my wife "can't you see with your eyes, you're the human here you should pick it.." Later on looking towards her Chinese colleague and told her college to explain it once again in Chinese.. This is outrageously wrong and discriminating.
t	t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped a package off and it's 400 hundred dallors package (Sink) Large item and was not scanned, I was a little concerned cause it was not scan. 10 days and still the package is not updated and I am very afriad they have stolen or lost the item, THIS IS VERY SERIOUS. I do not suggest this location at this moment.

D	Demetria Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly if I could give more stars I would. My first time at this location as I was in the area for a meeting, but I walked in for an amazon return. No lineups, parking here was relaxed and I know people don't necessarily lookup postal office reviews but I had to write one for the the gentleman who helped me out this morning. I actually was having some nerves before going to the meeting and I'm glad I dropped by my parcel here, because it just made my whole day lighter with such a friendly and warm interaction! I hope whoever walks in here gets the experience I got today, knowing that they don't have to stress about slow inattentive staff (like the ones at shoppers). For context, I was returning an amazon package (which is usually free returns) but for some reason I had to pay return shipping this time around, and the gentleman/employee who helped me out was so attentive he was questioning it for me too- and double checked to make sure I absolutely had to pay. It's sad to say, but I think it was the first time I've encountered a warm and friendly canada post office employee and genuinely enjoyed my post office errand today- sorry I didn't get a chance to pay attention to your name! But thanks so much for your help!
