★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dread going to this location. I never get notice cards for pick up, or I get them after I track my parcels and pick them up myself. I also have a PO box there and they are sending back packages (for my business) with 'moved' stickers on them. I would go to Symons Valley except many of my sent packages go missing. So I rather deal with idiots than thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst postal outlet. I was here last week and waited 35 minutes with 4 people ahead of me. Tonight there were 5 ahead when I got here 20 minutes ago and there is another 6 behind me. There is only one person on. I don’t have this kind of time to waste in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in two nights ago....the young male worker seemed to be trying to help some person had moved and therefore didn't have the right address. He didn't have ID with the right address, he didn't have bills, he didn't anything...all of this would be fine, except the young worker seemed obsessed with helping him, spending much of the time sighing in frustration, and just....thinking.... and staring.... there was a lineup of about 2 people in front of me with more to come later....we just stood and watched. I don't know how long they were there. The guy kept looking for documentation on his phone...during these times, the worker could have helped us, in fact the man on his phone would sometimes gesture towards us, and one time sort of mumbled that he could help us....but instead we just stood there and all watched the guy scroll through his phone....eventually the young worker - in no rush - started taking people from the line. This didn't go on an extremely long time, but it didn't have to go on at all, he simply could have said "I'm going to help these people while you look". Bizarre....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is inside Shoppers Drug Mart and a great place topist letters and parcels. The guys there are efficient, professional and friendly. They provide valid postal options in the event that the package is too big and if the timing of delivery is not certain. It's a go to place any time for me.
