We were directed to this office by strathmore post, to get a new mailbox. The girl that helped us, Jen, straight up lied to our faces and said she couldn't help us. She then sent us to the kingsway Blvd location, where were were told that she had lied and passed the buck to avoid having to deal with it. This was told to us by the wonderful lady that helped us at the kingsway office. Very unwilling to assist or communicate properly. One star.

Well if your looking for friendly service you should most definitely avoid this location. Not only did the lady behind the counter have nothing but attitude with me, but also the gentlemen ahead of me also received attitude. When I asked her to drop the attitude she claimed she had none. Well I guess she must not understand how to talk to people when being in a customer service position.

Very helpful. Fast and efficient. Wish customers could be more understanding that Canada Post does not provide free tape and shipping supplies for returns. They should not have to explain this as the instructions are on your printed label. I wonder how many times a day they have to repeat this to people. Very busy time for them. Great job this past holiday season.

Employee that helped me had an attitude for no apparent reason. I just showed up and she clearly didn’t want to help anyone, she just walked away mid transaction without a word then returned to me like everything was normal. She then proceeded with the transaction and was triple checking my documents and IDs like I didn’t know what I was bringing her. I understand that is part of the job but the least she could’ve done was communicated a little so we’re on the same page, she didn’t even bother to ask what I was there for, I basically handed her everything and had to tell her what to do from start to finish. I don’t want to name drop but if you go to this location, you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about.

This Canada Post location should be avoided at all costs. I have a debit/MasterCard, I purchased a $2000 money order, and they said since it was a MasterCard that I could not have my money orders even though the receipt says approved. I simply asked for a refund, and I was told to come back the next day. I refused to leave without being refunded the $2000. I spoke to Kathy who said there was nothing she could do, and to come back the next day. Meanwhile the transaction had already processed through my account. She was incredibly rude, and acted like $2000 was no big deal. The girl working under her was just as rude. I ended up getting a refund after they called the debit card company, and I went to the London Drugs location, where they had no problem giving me a money order with the same payment method. Avoid this location.

Need to call out the young man claiming he’s was being laughed at by the clerk to her boss. Maybe tell the full story about what happened before trying to get someone fired….you were on the phone(speaker) and telling the lady working you didn’t need photo ID, just proof of address so the nice lady called Canada post herself and was told not to release without PHOTO ID , which you didn’t have! If it was a passport you were picking up wouldn’t you want the clerk to ask for proof of identity? You couldn’t prove who you were without photo identification. You should be thanking her not tearing her apart. She was protecting you…No laughing at you was ever part of the transaction. You just wouldn’t listen. Maybe next time look around you. Other customers can witness other difficult customers! Trust me, you stand out. She was just doing her job. Also I wish people would stop complaining about everything. The word entitled really bothers me. If you are paying for something online or receive a free shipping label this post office makes nothing from your package. They also need to purchase their supples. So therefore you are not entitled to free custom pouches or tape. I would think it’s completely within their right to provide these things as they see fit, such as for their paying customers. Grow up and have your package ready for shipping and stop giving the staff a hard time about it. Be nice people! Isn’t there more important matters to deal with right now? People always seem to complain when they don’t get there own way. This is a great location to deal with and all the staff are amazing. It’s a shame how they are treated by customers that don’t understand policies and procedures.

The lady who was working was extremely rude laughing In our faces and complaining on the phone to her boss about us, literally laughing with her I showed her 6 pieces of ID to get my passport and package.My original ID was in the package ,and she refused to give it to me after showing her multiple proof that it was me and my package, extremely terrible customer service she was like 60 years old don’t remember the name but she should be fired immediately she is a complete joke. Another younger girl was working too snickering in the back it is unacceptable behavior for someone who works customer service please get some decent staff.

The older lady with the dirty blonde hair is absolutely ignorant. You don’t lecture a customer who has paid for their package and is entitled to your free customs pouches because you have been “going through so many” and tell them they need to buy their own. Then telling someone you don’t know what their customs form is because you don’t know what your looking at. This sounds like a you problem.. If you are going to educate someone on post office policies and procedures, make sure you know them before you go barking at someone. Terrible way to start the day.
