February 13th 2018 and yes it was during business hours. Disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to mail something to National Student loans and I had forgotten to write down the address, the staff there refused to help me find the address and said that's not their job. Horrible customer service, bunch of old prude ladies, little to none consideration. I will now be going to London Drugs, or shoppers drug mart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and efficient service. Might want to look into staying open on minor holidays, though. Paying a few staff a bit of overtime to maintain dependability of services would do wonders to help keep Canada Post from going the way of the dodo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an item and it was being shipped through Canada post, I was tracking my package the whole way. It said that it would take 7 days to get here. On the 8th day I called canada post and got a rude service agent that told me to wait another 7 days. I decided to go into the store and ask and the lady told me that they couldn't confirm my address but that she thinks they lost my item in transit. I got mad as anyone would, so she took my name and # and said shell try and track it down. Ended up finding what truck it was on and told me that she spoke with the drive and that he would deliver it by 5 at the latest. My package came 3 days later. I am not impressed with them at all. If I have a chance to use ANY other shipping company I will. So be careful using Canada post.
