He came into my home (while asking if he could leave his shoes on during COVID) picking apart every thing wrong with my home and not seeing the value in a home I saved and bought on my own with my hard earned money. I saw the value in this place 10 months ago when I purchased the home for 293,000. It is a row house that is freehold, so no strata fees or strata rules. Lucky for me my fiance could see he could care less about listing my little house that I adore and took great care of. In the end, thank God we didn't choose him. Instead, we went with Erin McLeod with Zolo realty. She sold my house in one weekend, and was incredibly insightful to the value in the house. So...trust your instincts folks...My house sold for well over asking (which was 365,000 and a quantam leap from the 340,000 he felt "he may get with a hard sell"). In fact, there was a bidding war with 7 offers within less than a week with Erin and a selling price of 381,000.....cash offer no conditions. That's 41,000 I would have lost listing with this guy. Do yourself a favor and call Erin with Zolo, you will not be disappointed.
