I was especially impressed the way he worked with the seller and myself to make the process seamless. It was during the Spring when houses were selling like crazy and as a first time home buyer with a specific budget, lots of preferences as well location requirements it felt like there was no way I would be able to find exactly what I was looking for. I was almost going to give up. As soon as I spoke with Sergej about my situation and wishes he took all that information and almost immediately found me my perfect home.
