g	gryfen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could rate them negative stars, they would finally have something to excell at. Have been living in whistler for 8 years. Post office is always packed (40min+ waiting time), doesn't matter time of the day. Not to mention that most of the ladies working there have a attitude... The packages get delivered approx. 20% of the time. Generally online tracking is updated saying that the delivery has been attempted and delivery notice has been left, but no delivery man to be seen or the actual notice. Truly disappointing.

Seriously, every single time I come to this post office it does not matter if it's morning, mid day, or afternoon, the line is to the doors, sometimes through it, and wrapping around the room. These tough lines are usually about a half an hour to 45 minutes so prepare yourself. And I do have to give the customer service reps here a lot of credit because they try to multitask. I've had it happen to me and also have seen this of where they will ring you up while you're writing out your form and at the same time go get a box for somebody else standing in line. I think it has to do with the process they have to go through with the forms and the computers and all of that jazz it just doesn't work for some reason. The Ladies are super nice and helpful and they will have three stations open at once but the lines are still through the doors it's just crazy. I also think it's nuts of how expensive it is to send documents or packages with tracking on it to the United States. Honestly the states are connected to Canada by land things are not even crossing an ocean and it's $26 for tracking on a letter, woah there! This is a relationship that I'm stuck with. I need a post office and the post office is the only option apparently up here to send packages and receive them. What do you do?
L	Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a personal package to my work in Whistler thinking it would be convenient and it said delivered online but I did not receive it so I called the post office the next morning. The woman was instantly sooo rude to me and seemed so annoyed by me asking about my package. Even more annoyed when she had to turn on her computer to check the tracking number for me. Literally huffing and puffing at me. Took my number said I would get a call back and I never heard from them about it again. Will def not be sending personal packages to my work again. Will stick with the Squamish post office. Haven’t had any problems there and the people working there are friendly and would be happy to do their actual jobs and help you find a package that they lost without giving you attitude. Updated: the mail delivery guy just came in trying to find my package and was super helpful and friendly which i appreciate. :)

S	Sheri Lucas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly Staff! This location has long line ups at all times of the day; not sure if there is much they can do about it though. They had 3 staff helping out. I waited 45 mins in line to mail a package. Staff could not locate the address-turns out the person I am sending it to wrote St. instead of Ave…I wish one of us would have caught that as now I have to wait in line again when it could have been corrected in seconds …oh well, zen time!
