★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They'll take your money for years, but when it's time to make a claim they ignore you, stop responding to emails and no one picks up the phone. Beyond horrible service. Every company should reconsider using these guys for their employee benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had surgery December 17, got all my forms in right away. They assigned me to a case manager who did not submit it, then left, for a month. So maybe by the time I return to work in February they’ll get around to paying me. Of course, no one else will return my calls or can help me. These people are horrendous.
