★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very helpful is getting the best products for what we need. They went through the different options for graphics cards, processors, etc. to make sure it was right for what we'd be using our computer for and compared prices between the various options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been buying from this location for 7+ years, and probably longer than I remember. I've always enjoyed the ample parking. Inside, it's clean with good lighting and effective product displays.
Nicer shelving (fixtures) are relatively expensive for what you get in return, with costs passed on the consumer. Compare pricing between Loblaws and Real Canadian Superstore. Even though Loblaws looks nicer, I like shopping at RCSS more because of the prices.
The CC staff are friendly/helpful.
I wouldn't necessarily change anything - they have a winning formula.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada computers is actually a garbage place to shop at the employees are never nice and whenever I purchase stuff there the items are DOA what's worse is it takes them 2 to 3 days to test your item if it's DOA then they fight you for a return / exchange. I work off my computer and now I am unable too because I am waiting for canada computers to test the MOBO / CPU I purchased off them. Stay away from this store better off purchasing from Amazon who have a no hassle return policy or best buy / memory express.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service! Everyone is on there phones. Had to wave the guy behind the counter, so he can see he has a customer. After choosing the laptop I want same guy went at the back brought it out and instead of giving it to me he literary thought it on the counter. They throw what u pay for like a ball around.. Had to ask him not to do that. THEN HE LIED IT'S A FINAL SALE.. THEN HIS COLLEGE MADE CLEAR IT IS NOT. BRAND NEW LAPTOP. NOT AN OPEN BOX OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT! SO BE CAREFUL!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection, fantastic knowledgable customer service. Wide selection of parts. Quality parts at decent prices. For rare items you may still need to use Amazon or Newegg. For me the slightly higher prices are worth it because the staff know their stuff. Good guidance is always worth it in the end.

The product I ordered wasn't online at first but the staff messaged me regularly to keep me updated about the status of the item being shipped to the store. Very happy shopping at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to a couple of Canada Computers and while they all have what I'm mostly looking for, this one in Scarborough has to be the smallest and busted looking one yet. Located on the busy street of Kennedy road, the place this one is in is busted. The building is old and half the parking lot is gravel with no lines. Inside the store fares no better. With old and decrepit walls and isles, this location feels small and forgotten. Now it's all about inventory and sometimes I have to trek here for the old item in stock that other Canada Computers don't have which I find odd. Anyways, it would be nice to see this location renovated as Canada Computers was always my go to for computer equipment when Amazon fails. Stay safe out there people and please, be kind to one another.
