★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had such a poor experience with a real estate agent. No professionalism, lacks awareness and very poor communication skills. He didn't even show up for the showing. 10 minutes after getting there, I call him and he states the landlord will do the showing.
I asked to see a unit, told Nanda I'm interested and would like to lease the unit. I didn't receive an offer sheet, didn't get any explanation as to why. He didn't even fulfill his duty of delivering an offer when I told him I want to lease the unit. 1 day later, after my continuous follow up, I get a simple "Landlord told me that wants more time think". Exactly like that. No context, no opportunity, no offer sheet to work off of. it sounds like he selected my outcome before I could even make a decision.

Are you guys mental?! what kind of professional service is this?! Just call yourselves professional robbers, at least I won't be deceived when you try break into my place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Unprofessional, unethical and dishonourable real estate firm. I feel bad for anyone who these guys represent.
Long story short. There was a property we put on offer on and didn’t work out the first time. So we kept looking for other properties. We have noticed that this property they represented wasn’t sold instead they put it on for lease and sale. So I asked my realtor if it’s worth circling back and see if their client was ready to meet us in the middle. So my realtor called the realtor from this firm and they came to an agreement which my realtor represented to me & my gf. We basically have met at the middle money wise and agreed with closing date and everything so my realtor sent us the paperwork to sign which we did and it clearly stated “ irrevocable until 10:00 PM “ . The realtor couldn’t be reached he said he was driving and that they want $5-$10 k more and a closer closing date. Like how are you gonna agree to something and then not honour it? Wasting people’s time and energy and being sooo unprofessional. I have a feeling they didn’t even present the offer to their client. Would never hire this firm to help me buy or sell any property. Perfect example that anyone can get a realtor license. Sooo just be aware before you hire anyone from this firm.
