Started the visa process almost a year ago, and to this day has failed to return our calls, texts and emails. He was unable to show proof that he even started the process on his end. We told him we would report him if he did not show proof or give us our case # to call and check on the process ourselves - he decided to return the money we gave him, without an apology or explanation. Months of waiting WASTED. He and his father are money hungry and they should be ashamed to put people through such stress. Take my advice and take your process and money elsewhere !

Arman has soft spoken skills and listens to his clients in a calm manner. My husband and I had a wonderful experience dealing with him.
This is probably something small, but I really appreciate that if you were not able to attend a call or you were stuck in a situation you always made sure to return the call.
